Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Assist the Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR policy implementation and data privacy.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and address initial employee queries.
  • Support HR projects such as training programs and performance management initiatives.
  • Prepare draft HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics for accurate payroll processing.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
