Job Description: GenAI Engineer (2&ndash;3 Years Experience)Location: Full-TimeRole Overview:-We&rsquo;re hiring a GenAI Engineer who can build real-world AI features using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and high-quality RAG systems. You&rsquo;ll design intelligent flows where agents collaborate, models switch dynamically, and the system feels adaptive&mdash;not rigid.Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Build GenAI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).</li><li>Develop multi-agent AI workflows (LangGraph / CrewAI / custom orchestrations).</li><li>Improve RAG quality&mdash;better chunking, hybrid retrieval, scoring, and context control.</li><li>Implement inter-agent communication and reasoning chains.</li><li>Use different models dynamically based on accuracy, speed, and cost.</li><li>Build backend logic &amp; APIs primarily using Python (FastAPI / Flask).</li><li>Implement light ML tasks (but not mandatory)&mdash;classification, clustering, embeddings-based analysis, simple prediction models.</li><li>Set up deployment pipelines for AI apps (Docker, serverless functions, vector DB hosting, model access workflows).</li><li>Handle versioning, environment configs, and scaling considerations for AI workflows.</li></ul>Required Skills:-<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years engineering experience (min 1 Yr in GenAI).</li><li>Strong with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone / Qdrant / Chroma).</li><li>Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks.</li><li>Solid Python development skills.</li><li>Understanding of retrieval strategies, scoring, context mgmt, and RAG optimization.</li><li>Basic ML knowledge: sklearn pipelines, evaluation metrics, simple models.</li></ul>Nice to Have:-<ul><li>Experience with LoRA/fine-tuning.</li><li>Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, Swarm).</li><li>Use ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature work, and lightweight evaluation.</li><li>Deployment knowledge on AWS(Lambda, EC2, S3, Cloud Run).</li><li>Familiarity with RAG evaluation frameworks like RAGAS / DeepEval.</li></ul>Who You Are:-<ul><li>You think in workflows, decisions, and system behaviors&mdash;not isolated scripts.</li><li>You enjoy building AI systems that feel collaborative and dynamic.</li><li>You&rsquo;re comfortable taking an idea from concept &rarr; POC &rarr; production-ready version.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
