Job Description: GenAI Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: Full-Time

Role Overview:-

We’re hiring a GenAI Engineer who can build real-world AI features using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and high-quality RAG systems. You’ll design intelligent flows where agents collaborate, models switch dynamically, and the system feels adaptive—not rigid.

Responsibilities:-

• Build GenAI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Develop multi-agent AI workflows (LangGraph / CrewAI / custom orchestrations).
• Improve RAG quality—better chunking, hybrid retrieval, scoring, and context control.
• Implement inter-agent communication and reasoning chains.
• Use different models dynamically based on accuracy, speed, and cost.
• Build backend logic & APIs primarily using Python (FastAPI / Flask).
• Implement light ML tasks (but not mandatory)—classification, clustering, embeddings-based analysis, simple prediction models.
• Set up deployment pipelines for AI apps (Docker, serverless functions, vector DB hosting, model access workflows).
• Handle versioning, environment configs, and scaling considerations for AI workflows.

Required Skills:-

• 2–4 years engineering experience (min 1 Yr in GenAI).
• Strong with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone / Qdrant / Chroma).
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Solid Python development skills.
• Understanding of retrieval strategies, scoring, context mgmt, and RAG optimization.
• Basic ML knowledge: sklearn pipelines, evaluation metrics, simple models.

Nice to Have:-

• Experience with LoRA/fine-tuning.
• Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, Swarm).
• Use ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature work, and lightweight evaluation.
• Deployment knowledge on AWS(Lambda, EC2, S3, Cloud Run).
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation frameworks like RAGAS / DeepEval.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
