NIGHT SHIFT(1PM-10PM)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement and optimize the social media strategy across platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram) to align with business goals.</li><li>Create, edit, publish and share engaging content (text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.</li><li>Manage and oversee social media communities &mdash; responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner; monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews.</li><li>Work with marketing, sales and product teams to create a social &ldquo;voice&rdquo;, align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and events.</li><li>Develop and manage a content calendar; coordinate with designers, videographers and copywriters to produce high-quality assets.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; benchmark performance and identify opportunities or gaps.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Marketing Specialist for 0-1 year.</li><li>Strong knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms and best practices.</li><li>Basic graphic design or video editing skills (or comfortable working with designers) and familiarity with tools such as Canva</li><li>Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, social media management tools.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience working in Digital Marketing Industry.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.</li><li>Experience managing budgets for paid social campaigns.</li><li>Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own laptop?</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
