NIGHT SHIFT(1PM-10PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and optimize the social media strategy across platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram) to align with business goals.
- Create, edit, publish and share engaging content (text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Manage and oversee social media communities — responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner; monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews.
- Work with marketing, sales and product teams to create a social “voice”, align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and events.
- Develop and manage a content calendar; coordinate with designers, videographers and copywriters to produce high-quality assets.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; benchmark performance and identify opportunities or gaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Marketing Specialist for 0-1 year.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms and best practices.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (or comfortable working with designers) and familiarity with tools such as Canva
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, social media management tools.
Preferred
- Experience working in Digital Marketing Industry.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience managing budgets for paid social campaigns.
- Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics.
