Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Set up and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns.
- Create and optimize ad content for different audiences on Meta platforms.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
- Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
- Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility.
- Conduct audience research, campaign planning, and A/B testing.
- Monitor conversions, CTR, and ROI to ensure cost-effective performance.
- Create remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Work closely with design and copy teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
- Generate weekly ad performance and lead generation reports.
- Stay updated on education ad policies and targeting compliance.
- Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns will be preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.(Not mandatory if the candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about his job role)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google ad campaigns.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint / Google Ads will be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in running lead generation campaigns for schools or colleges will be an added advantage but not mandatorily required.
- Ability to manage both platforms (Meta & Google) independently will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
