Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff, including Waiters, Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Cashiers, Baristas, Supervisors, and Cleaners.* Post job vacancies on online job portals and social media platforms.* Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.* Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.* Monitor staff attendance, leave, and probation periods.* Coordinate with PRO and management for visa, labour, and onboarding documentation.* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.* Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.* Maintain confidentiality of employee information.* Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce planning.Work Location: In person
