HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff, including Waiters, Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Cashiers, Baristas, Supervisors, and Cleaners.

* Post job vacancies on online job portals and social media platforms.

* Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.

* Monitor staff attendance, leave, and probation periods.

* Coordinate with PRO and management for visa, labour, and onboarding documentation.

* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.

* Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

* Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

* Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce planning.
