HR Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while helping to build a productive and positive workplace within a fast-growing logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Assist management with workforce planning and performance management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
