Key Responsibilities:

<li>Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.</li>
<li>Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.</li>
<li>Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.</li>
<li>Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.</li>
<li>Manage inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams.</li>
<li>Resolve logistics-related issues and provide timely solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.</li>
<li>Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with UAE customs regulations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li>
