Job Title: HR Executive (Tagalog Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Job Description:

Pranic Drug Store LLC is looking for a motivated HR Executive with strong Tagalog and English communication skills to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Post job vacancies and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll, leave management, and HR administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
• Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately is preferred
