Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to support our growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within the healthcare sector and possess a solid understanding of hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support workforce planning and staffing requirements across clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Administer employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll administration, compensation, and benefits management.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management.
  • Support operational departments in achieving organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient workforce management and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, or medical organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Understanding of healthcare workforce planning and hospital operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
