Zech Group is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Clerk to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. The Payroll Clerk will support payroll operations by processing payroll records, maintaining employee information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll procedures.If you have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and a passion for delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities;<ul><li>Review employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data for accuracy</li><li>Maintain employee payroll records and update payroll information as needed</li><li>Process new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, and direct deposits</li><li>Assist employees with payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies promptly</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential payroll documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations</li><li>Coordinate with Human Resources and Accounting to maintain accurate employee records</li><li>Assist with payroll audits and year-end payroll activities</li><li>Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information  </li></ul> Qualifications;<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred</li><li>1+ years of payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and payroll software</li><li>Basic understanding of payroll procedures and recordkeeping practices</li><li>Experience using payroll or HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, or similar platforms</li><li>Background in payroll administration, accounting, bookkeeping, or human resources</li><li>Familiarity with payroll taxes, wage calculations, and employee benefits administration Benefits * A competitive salary and benefits package. * Company pension scheme. * Generous annual leave entitlement. * Opportunities for continuous professional development and training. * A supportive and collaborative working environment within a stable, international company.</li></ul> <ul><li>Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
