 Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead
 
 
 
 This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead role based on-site in Doha, responsible for end-to-end hiring delivery across multiple business lines. You&rsquo;ll lead a small TA team while personally running sourcing, screening, and closing for priority roles. The role suits someone who can build a clear recruiting rhythm, partner confidently with senior stakeholders, and deliver hires against timelines.
 
 
 What We're Looking For

 5+ years of
 
 hands-on
 
 talent acquisition experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven end-to-end recruitment ownership: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination/management, offer, and onboarding handoff
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience recruiting within a
 
 large, diversified group
 
 / multi-business environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to recruit across multiple business lines (e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing) using role- and market-specific sourcing approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers: clarifying needs, aligning on profiles, and driving decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines via
 
 direct sourcing
 
 (not only inbound or agencies)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and deliver hires against timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven people leadership of a TA/recruitment team (typically 3&ndash;5 recruiters), including allocation and performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Evidence of consistently delivering against hiring KPIs (e.g., throughput, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance)
 </li>
 <li>

 profile: you lead the function while staying personally involved in daily recruiting execution
 </li>

 You communicate clearly with stakeholders, push for decisions when needed, and keep processes moving without heavy supervision
 </li>

 If you&rsquo;re primarily a strategic/oversight TA leader and don&rsquo;t want to personally source, screen, and close roles
 </li>
 <li>
 If you rely mainly on inbound applicants or agencies and don&rsquo;t build pipelines through direct sourcing
 </li>

 If you need highly predictable processes and narrowly defined requisitions to perform at your best
 </li>
