Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead

This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead role based on-site in Doha, responsible for end-to-end hiring delivery across multiple business lines. You’ll lead a small TA team while personally running sourcing, screening, and closing for priority roles. The role suits someone who can build a clear recruiting rhythm, partner confidently with senior stakeholders, and deliver hires against timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on talent acquisition experience
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment ownership: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination/management, offer, and onboarding handoff
  • Experience recruiting within a large, diversified group / multi-business environment
  • Ability to recruit across multiple business lines (e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing) using role- and market-specific sourcing approaches
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers: clarifying needs, aligning on profiles, and driving decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines via direct sourcing (not only inbound or agencies)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and deliver hires against timelines
  • Proven people leadership of a TA/recruitment team (typically 3–5 recruiters), including allocation and performance management
  • Evidence of consistently delivering against hiring KPIs (e.g., throughput, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance)
  • Player-coach profile: you lead the function while staying personally involved in daily recruiting execution
