Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead role based on-site in Doha, responsible for end-to-end hiring delivery across multiple business lines. You’ll lead a small TA team while personally running sourcing, screening, and closing for priority roles. The role suits someone who can build a clear recruiting rhythm, partner confidently with senior stakeholders, and deliver hires against timelines.
What We're Looking For

talent acquisition experience

Proven end-to-end recruitment ownership: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination/management, offer, and onboarding handoff

Experience recruiting within a
large, diversified group
/ multi-business environment

Ability to recruit across multiple business lines (e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing) using role- and market-specific sourcing approaches

Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers: clarifying needs, aligning on profiles, and driving decisions

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines via
direct sourcing
(not only inbound or agencies)

Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and deliver hires against timelines

Proven people leadership of a TA/recruitment team (typically 3–5 recruiters), including allocation and performance management

Evidence of consistently delivering against hiring KPIs (e.g., throughput, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance)
