Position Title: Recruitment Officer

Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Officer to help in our talent acquisition efforts across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will perform end-to-end recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, ensure compliance with Qatar labor regulations, and support our expansion plans with high-quality hires for our restaurants, gym, and diet center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all positions across restaurants, gym, and diet center operations
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms (online portals, social media, recruitment agencies)
- Source candidates through headhunting, networking, employee referrals, and job fairs
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessment processes
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers
- Negotiate salary packages within approved budgets and market standards
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical and high-turnover positions (chefs, waiters, trainers, nutritionists, customer service staff)
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Forecast hiring needs in coordination with department heads
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for specialized roles (fitness trainers, dietitians, culinary professionals)
Interview & Selection
- Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and role suitability
- Make hiring recommendations based on comprehensive assessments
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Qatar Labor Law
- Verify candidate credentials, certifications, and professional licenses
- Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
- Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with legal requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
- Liaise with HR Admin team for visa processing and onboarding requirements
Onboarding Coordination
- Facilitate smooth transition from offer acceptance to first day
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements (medical tests, documents, visa processing)
- Work with HR Admin to ensure timely visa and work permit processing
- Support new hire orientation and integration programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Qatar
- Proven experience recruiting for hospitality, F&B, fitness, or healthcare sectors preferred
- Strong track record of successful placements across various job levels
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Qatar labor market and recruitment landscape
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and employment regulations
- Expertise in various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and recruitment platforms
Language
- Arabic speaker preferred, but not required
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional languages are an advantage

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
