Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Officer with a strong background in Facilities Management (FMM). The ideal candidate must be a technical recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing skilled and semi-skilled manpower, managing overseas recruitment, handling visa processes, and coordinating onboarding procedures across multiple nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and operational roles within the FMM sector.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates (locally and overseas) for positions such as technicians, engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
  • Handle overseas recruitment processes including agency coordination, trade tests, and mobilization.
  • Manage visa processing, documentation, medicals, QVC, attestation, and deployment formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company recruitment policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including offer letters, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for multinational workforce requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Facilities Management (FMM).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter handling blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar visa processing, labor approvals, QVC, and onboarding procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in overseas recruitment (India, Nepal, Kenya, Philippines, etc.).
  • Familiarity with multi-national workforce mobilization.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage bulk hiring requirements.
