Job Objective:

To support the Recruitment team by assisting with full-cycle recruitment activities, while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and assist with reporting.
  • Provide daily operational support to the recruitment team.


Requirements:

  • Eligibility For Graduate Development (Tamheer)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
