HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to making job offers and on-boarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and on-boarding new hires.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events, to reach potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
  • Attend job fairs, college career events, and other recruitment events to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Stay up to date with local employment laws and regulations, and ensure all recruitment activities are compliant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR role
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Candidates with the working experience of International Call Center is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using various recruitment channels and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills

Job Location: Link Road Model Town, Lahore
Job Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM (5 days a week)
