Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team, specializing in UK Healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals such as nurses, nursery practitioners, deputy managers, and related roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for UK healthcare positions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
• Ensure timely hiring aligned with client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Prior knowledge/experience in UK healthcare recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
