Talent Acquisition Executive

Union Developers (Pvt. Ltd. Lahore) is a forward-thinking Real Estate Development Company shaping modern communities and high-value projects and building strong, motivated teams. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist to drive strategic hiring initiatives and foster a positive employee experience across the organization.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and sales-focused roles
  • Plan and participate in university job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in interviews
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and metrics to support decision-making
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
  • Support onboarding and induction programs to create a welcoming environment for new hires
  • Act as a point of contact for employee feedback, ensuring a positive workplace culture
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities and suggest improvements

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduation or Master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution
  • Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in talent acquisition and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Can do and a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
