Role Overview

The People Operations & Talent Specialist will own both talent acquisition and people operations, ensuring that we attract the right talent and support them throughout their journey at Ethisol. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, process, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

People Operations

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
• Support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and growth plans
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits administration
• Handle employee queries with empathy and confidentiality

Culture & Engagement

• Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives
• Help strengthen company culture and values in day-to-day operations
• Organize internal events, learning sessions, and team activities
• Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements and company ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
