BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities

· Identify potential clients through networking, research and attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

· Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by serving as a point of contact for all clients and ensure their satisfaction.

· Bring new customers, develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.

· Analyse and identify new market trends, client needs, and potential areas for growth.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up.

· Clear standby manpower on a daily basis by maintaining professional and positive relationships with existing client companies, identifying opportunities to provide additional manpower, or bringing in new clients by forecasting upcoming demobilizations.

· Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.

· Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

· Achieve sales target and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).

· Developing rapport with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth and to make wise decisions.

· Negotiate terms of business deals and close sales by translating proposals into ready to sign contracts.

· Collect all necessary documents and LPO/ Agreement before mobilizing the manpower.

· Ensure to keep records of sales and client interactions in order to report the progress and insights to Head of Department.

Outsourcing Candidates:

· Liaise with clients to understand workforce requirements and job descriptions.

· Identify, screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on the client specification as part of candidate sourcing and selection.

· Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with Head of Department for further levels of interview and ensure proper communication with the candidates for the schedule of face-to-face interview.

· Coordinate for the schedule and facilitate client interviews and feedback sessions.

· Organize induction programs to ensure new hires are properly trained and briefed.

· Ensure smooth deployment of workers to the project site with proper documentation for worker mobilization.

· Maintain smooth communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.

· Maintain and generate accurate reports of activities and communications and provide updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
