The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to drive market penetration, product awareness, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing<ul><li>Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for medical and surgical products.</li><li>Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs in hospitals, clinics, and distributors.</li><li>Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.</li></ul>Product &amp; Brand Management<ul><li>Manage the entire product lifecycle including launches, promotions, and phase-outs.</li><li>Create product messaging, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Channel Support<ul><li>Work closely with sales teams and distributors to support lead generation and conversions.</li><li>Design and execute promotional schemes, dealer programs, and trade marketing initiatives.</li><li>Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Offline Marketing<ul><li>Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (website, email, LinkedIn, online ads).</li><li>Organize medical conferences, exhibitions, CME programs, and workshops.</li><li>Coordinate with agencies for creative, digital, and PR activities.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking.</li><li>Track marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Prepare regular MIS reports and marketing dashboards for management.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Ethics<ul><li>Ensure all marketing activities comply with medical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of medical &amp; surgical supplies / devices market</li><li>Strategic marketing &amp; product management expertise</li><li>Experience in B2B healthcare marketing</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making</li><li>Ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Bcom / Any post graduation in Marketing/ MBA in Marketing (preferred)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field (advantage)</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience working with hospitals, surgeons, procurement teams, and distributors</li><li>Exposure to medical exhibitions and healthcare events</li><li>Knowledge of Indian healthcare market dynamics</li><li>Willingness to travel as required</li></ul>Whatsapp: 917296897944Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
