Job Summary;
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation for our medical and surgical supplies portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to drive market penetration, product awareness, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for medical and surgical products.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs in hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.
Product & Brand Management
- Manage the entire product lifecycle including launches, promotions, and phase-outs.
- Create product messaging, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Sales & Channel Support
- Work closely with sales teams and distributors to support lead generation and conversions.
- Design and execute promotional schemes, dealer programs, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
Digital & Offline Marketing
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (website, email, LinkedIn, online ads).
- Organize medical conferences, exhibitions, CME programs, and workshops.
- Coordinate with agencies for creative, digital, and PR activities.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Track marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and marketing dashboards for management.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with medical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

- Experience in B2B healthcare marketing
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Educational Qualification
- Bcom / Any post graduation in Marketing/ MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field (advantage)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with hospitals, surgeons, procurement teams, and distributors
- Exposure to medical exhibitions and healthcare events
- Knowledge of Indian healthcare market dynamics
- Willingness to travel as required
