You will work closely with senior developers, focusing on gaining hands-on experience, supporting feature implementation, and contributing to the overall health and stability of our applications.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement new features and user interfaces in Flutter based on provided designs and specifications.</li><li>Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in compliance with team standards.</li><li>Assist in the integration of mobile applications with existing RESTful APIs and backend services.</li><li>Fix bugs, perform refactoring, and support the maintenance of our iOS and Android mobile applications.</li><li>Actively participate in code reviews, seeking feedback from senior developers and learning best practices.</li><li>Contribute to the creation and maintenance of unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and technical specifications.</li><li>Stay curious and proactively learn new Flutter features, Dart language improvements, and mobile development trends.</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional bootcamp/training).</li><li>2-3 years of practical experience with the Flutter framework and Dart, either through academic projects, internships, or a strong portfolio of personal apps.</li><li>Solid foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and basic software design patterns.</li><li>Familiarity with standard state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).</li><li>Experience using version control systems such as Git.</li><li>Eagerness to learn, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
