Flutter Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Flutter Developer to join our fast-paced mobile development team. This role is perfect for a talented individual who has a foundational understanding of the Flutter framework and is eager to jumpstart their professional career. You will work closely with senior developers, focusing on gaining hands-on experience, supporting feature implementation, and contributing to the overall health and stability of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new features and user interfaces in Flutter based on provided designs and specifications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in compliance with team standards.
• Assist in the integration of mobile applications with existing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Fix bugs, perform refactoring, and support the maintenance of our iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Actively participate in code reviews, seeking feedback from senior developers and learning best practices.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and technical specifications.
• Stay curious and proactively learn new Flutter features, Dart language improvements, and mobile development trends.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional bootcamp/training).
• 2-3 years of practical experience with the Flutter framework and Dart, either through academic projects, internships, or a strong portfolio of personal apps.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and basic software design patterns.
• Familiarity with standard state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Eagerness to learn, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A basic understanding of mobile UI/UX concepts.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
