EDuration: 3&ndash;6 MonthsNo. of Intern: 01Stipend: Fixed stipend (AED 1,000.00+ Performance-Based Incentives)Role OverviewThe Sales Intern will assist in selling HushPod solutions to corporate offices, co-working spaces, and commercial clients. This role offers exposure to B2B corporate sales, workspace solutions, and consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport lead generation for corporates, co-working spaces, and commercial clients.Research architects, interior designers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and presentations.Help prepare proposals, quotations, and basic BOQs.Maintain sales trackers, CRM updates, and follow-up records.Conduct market research on workspace and acoustic solutions.Assist the sales team with client coordination and post-sales support.Performance-Based IncentivesIncentives based on:✓Qualified corporate leads generated✓Meetings or site visits scheduled✓Support in successful deal closuresClear incentive structure and targets will be shared upfront.Top performers can earn additional incentives during the internship.PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) OpportunityInterns demonstrating strong performance and sales aptitude may be offered a full-time Sales / Business Development role.PPO consideration based on consistency, communication, initiative, and target achievement.Skills &amp; QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or related field.Strong communication and coordination skills.Interest in corporate sales, interiors, or workspace solutions.Comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups.Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 monthsPay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
