Role Overview

The Sales Intern will assist in selling HushPod solutions to corporate offices, co-working spaces, and commercial clients. This role offers exposure to B2B corporate sales, workspace solutions, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Support lead generation for corporates, co-working spaces, and commercial clients.

Research architects, interior designers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.

Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

Help prepare proposals, quotations, and basic BOQs.

Maintain sales trackers, CRM updates, and follow-up records.

Conduct market research on workspace and acoustic solutions.

Assist the sales team with client coordination and post-sales support.

Performance-Based Incentives

Meetings or site visits scheduled

Support in successful deal closures

Clear incentive structure and targets will be shared upfront.

Top performers can earn additional incentives during the internship.

PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) Opportunity

Interns demonstrating strong performance and sales aptitude may be offered a full-time Sales / Business Development role.

PPO consideration based on consistency, communication, initiative, and target achievement.

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or related field.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Interest in corporate sales, interiors, or workspace solutions.

Comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups.

Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
