In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses, delivering tailored treasury management solutions to optimize cash flow, liquidity, and operational efficiency while driving significant growth in deposits and non-interest income.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactively identify and acquire new commercial clients for treasury management services through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, and collaboration with private bankers and relationship managers.</li><li>Drive measurable growth in deposits (demand, money market, and other non-maturity deposits) and fee-based revenue through the sale and implementation of treasury management products and services.</li><li>Consult on and sell a full suite of treasury solutions, including cash concentration, disbursement services, payment platforms, fraud prevention tools, liquidity management, and online banking/portal solutions.</li><li>Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., relationship managers, credit, wealth management, and operations) to deliver seamless, holistic financial services and cross-sell opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling, client-facing presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the benefits of recommended treasury solutions, including ROI analyses, implementation timelines, and projected impact on cash management and deposit balances.</li><li>Lead and support the client onboarding process for new treasury management relationships, coordinating with operations, technology, and compliance teams to ensure smooth setup of accounts, payment platforms, online banking portals, fraud controls, and integrations while delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience.</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance, ensure high client satisfaction and retention, manage implementation and ongoing support, and maintain compliance with regulatory and bank policies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CTP &ndash; Certified Treasury Professional) a plus.</li><li>8+ years of experience in treasury management sales, commercial banking, or private banking with a proven track record of growing deposits and treasury fee revenue.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of treasury management products, cash management strategies, payment systems, fraud mitigation, and working capital optimization for affluent clients and businesses.</li><li>Strong sales acumen with excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>In-depth understanding of banking regulations impacting treasury services, including BSA/AML, OFAC, NACHA rules, and fraud mitigation controls.</li><li>Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue, deposit, and growth targets in a competitive environment.</li><li>Proficiency in treasury management platforms, CRM systems, and financial analysis tools.</li></ul>This role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients in a collaborative private banking setting, with competitive compensation including performance-based incentives tied to performance and growth achievements.For more information, please contact: Savannah Williams Executive Assistant &amp; Marketing Coordinator(480) 903-3619savannah.williams@zenithprivate.comBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Unlimited paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

In this key role, you will serve as the primary advisor to entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals, building new long-term relationships while driving strong growth in loans, deposits, and assets under management (AUM).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactively prospect and acquire new commercial and high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted business development efforts.</li><li>Drive measurable growth by originating and structuring new commercial and investment secured loans, increasing deposit balances, and expanding AUM, by leveraging specialists, through investment and wealth management solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., credit, treasury management, wealth management, and trust teams) to deliver holistic, tailored financial solutions.</li><li>Collect and compile comprehensive financial packages from prospects and clients, including tax returns, financial statements, cash flow projections, net worth statements, and supporting documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy for thorough credit evaluation.</li><li>Perform basic financial analysis of prospective and existing clients, including cash flow, net worth assessments, debt service coverage calculations, and stress testing to determine viability of proceeding.</li><li>Partner closely with credit underwriting, loan operations, and risk management teams throughout the credit lifecycle to facilitate efficient processing, resolve documentation issues, coordinate due diligence, and ensure timely execution from application to closing.</li><li>Prepare detailed term sheets outlining proposed loan structures, pricing, covenants, collateral, repayment terms, and conditions, tailoring them to client needs while adhering to bank policies and risk parameters.</li><li>Present preflight reviews and formal credit packages to the loan committee, clearly articulate the transaction rationale, risk assessment, mitigants, relationship benefits, and recommendation to secure approval.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.</li><li>8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or commercial banking with a proven track record of originating loans, growing deposits, and increasing AUM.</li><li>Strong understanding of credit analysis, lending products, deposit strategies, and investment solutions for affluent clients.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.</li><li>Proficiency in relationship management tools and CRM systems.</li></ul>This role offers the opportunity to work with an elite clientele in a collaborative private banking environment, with competitive compensation including performance-based incentives tied to production and revenue generation.For more information, please contact: Savannah Williams Executive Assistant &amp; Marketing Coordinator(480) 903-3619savannah.williams@zenithprivate.comWork Location: In person
