Your language skills will be vital in supporting our diverse client base.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Register new loan files with various lenders.</li><li>Manage and track critical loan documentation, ensuring all necessary disclosures are signed and returned.</li><li>Proactively communicate with clients (borrowers) via phone/email to gather required conditions and documentation.</li><li>Communicate with 3rd-party vendors (title/escrow, insurance, appraisers) to ensure all necessary reports and services are ordered and received.</li><li>Organize and prepare complete loan files for review by the Senior Loan Manager.</li><li>Maintain accurate and current data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)</li></ul>Compensation and GrowthStarting Wage: $15.50/hrEarning Potential: Eligibility for a per-file performance bonus to significantly increase your hourly earnings.Career Growth: Proven performers will be eligible for a pay raises and the opportunity for a full-time status.Required Qualifications<ul><li>Language: Must be conversationally fluent in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in reading/writing in Vietnamese (required to communicate with our client base).</li><li>Soft Skills: Careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional, patient communication style.</li><li>Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems (we use modern LOS/CRM tools).</li><li>Home Office: Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated quiet workspace, and ability to handle video conferencing.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but a bonus)<ul><li>Previous administrative, data entry, or customer service experience.</li><li>Familiarity with financial documents (W-2s, paystubs, bank statements).</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeBase Pay: From $15.50 per hourLanguage:<ul><li>Vietnamese (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
