Zenith People are looking to recruit a permanent CPC driver to work at its Client site in Washington. We require a 7.5 Tonne Driver to shunt finished products to their customer in a timely manner.Hours of work would be Monday-Friday day shift and backshift on a weekly rotating basis hours will be 07:00-15:18 days and 16:35-00:53 backs.Duties of the role;<ul><li>Loading the vehicle with the product</li><li>Driving finished products to the customer in a 7.5 Tonne vehicle</li><li>Unloading the finished products at the customers' dock</li><li>Using SAP system to scan products in and out</li><li>Picking up empty stillages to take back to the factory</li><li>Unloading empties back into the factory</li><li>Replacing full stillages with empty stillages</li><li>Working to dispatch timings</li></ul>Essential Experience<ul><li>Candidates must hold a valid CPC and a digital tachograph card</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment</li><li>Previous delivery driving experience</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?jJgsV495VLc%2bgL2GfN6MHTECA3JY7hbUw" width="0" height="0" />

CPC Driver

Zenith People are working on behalf of our client who are a North-East based Manufacturer to recruit a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor (HSE). In this role you will be required to maintain up-to-date awareness of HSE legislation and best practise, advise management on compliance and undertake the work needed to ensure that the correct policies and procedures in place to comply with HSE legislation and to meet the requirements of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for all HSE issues, developing good relations with stakeholders and actively promoting a good HSE culture.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date awareness of HSE legislation and best practise.</li><li>From this, assess and monitor compliance.</li><li>Report to senior management deficiencies, giving guidance on best practice and suggesting practical solutions.</li><li>Update, develop and maintain health, safety and environmental systems across the business to comply with all legislation and achieve / maintain certification to ISO1400 and OHSAS1800.</li><li>Carry out HS&E Inspections and Audits. Ensure follow up actions and non-conformances completed/closed out to correct standard in timely manner.</li><li>Oversee accident reporting regime and follow up investigations, feeding back findings to appropriate stakeholders.</li><li>Collect HSE performance data, analyse and report to management, identifying trends and opportunities for further improvement.</li><li>Lead, support and participate in improvement activities.</li><li>Co-ordinate and deliver comprehensive health, safety and environmental training including inductions, new initiatives, statutory training and refreshers to promote, develop and sustain a positive HS&E awareness culture as well as ensuring legal compliance.</li><li>Development and maintain the emergency preparedness and response process.</li><li>Prepare and facilitate HSE audits to demonstrate compliance to third parties.</li></ul>Qualifications & experience required<ul><li>Previous background in HSE with NEBOSH certificate/diploma and experience management systems (ISO 14001 & 45001)</li><li>Knowledge and experience of manufacturing industry is beneficial</li><li>Process driven and improvement focussed </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Confident in delivering presentations and report writing </li><li>Ability to influence and motivate others</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?ORllwQ7xBmh0hg1IpLPIi2cHHQMz5r%2fYu" width="0" height="0" />
