Position TitleE-commerce Strategy TraineePosition OverviewThis is a high-potential management trainee role designed to cultivate future leaders within the company. You will work directly with the CEO and deeply participate in key areas of our U.S. e-commerce business, including product development, store operations, content planning, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional project management. The goal is to develop you into an independent business owner or mid-level manager within 1&ndash;2 years.Key Responsibilities1. CEO Strategic &amp; Daily Business Support (Core)<ul><li>Organize and manage files, contracts, data, meeting minutes, and create structured documentation systems;</li><li>Assist the CEO in cross-functional communication, task follow-up, and project execution;</li><li>Communicate with creators, clients, designers, supply chain partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO;</li><li>Support content creation, product copywriting, and visual material preparation.</li></ul>2. E-commerce Strategy &amp; Product Development (Growth Track)<ul><li>Participate in the full product development lifecycle: market research, competitor analysis, user insights, packaging &amp; design coordination;</li><li>Assist in TikTok Shop operations: data monitoring, content scheduling, promotional planning, creator collaboration;</li><li>Identify store performance bottlenecks and provide structured analysis and suggestions;</li><li>Support strategy development for product launches, pricing, and growth.</li></ul>3.
