Position Title

E-commerce Strategy Trainee

Position Overview

This is a high-potential management trainee role designed to cultivate future leaders within the company.
You will work directly with the CEO and deeply participate in key areas of our U.S. e-commerce business, including product development, store operations, content planning, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional project management.
The goal is to develop you into an independent business owner or mid-level manager within 1–2 years.

Key Responsibilities1. CEO Strategic & Daily Business Support (Core)

  • Organize and manage files, contracts, data, meeting minutes, and create structured documentation systems;
  • Assist the CEO in cross-functional communication, task follow-up, and project execution;
  • Communicate with creators, clients, designers, supply chain partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO;
  • Support content creation, product copywriting, and visual material preparation.

2. E-commerce Strategy & Product Development (Growth Track)

  • Participate in the full product development lifecycle: market research, competitor analysis, user insights, packaging & design coordination;
  • Assist in TikTok Shop operations: data monitoring, content scheduling, promotional planning, creator collaboration;
  • Identify store performance bottlenecks and provide structured analysis and suggestions;
  • Support strategy development for product launches, pricing, and growth.

3. Project Management & Cross-functional Coordination (Growth Track)

  • Serve as a project owner or PM for key initiatives such as new product launches, marketing campaigns, or supply chain improvements;
  • Assist in building internal SOPs, management systems, and tracking mechanisms;
  • Grow into an independent owner of a product line or operational module.

RequirementsMust-Haves

  • Strong learning ability and logical thinking; able to quickly follow and execute CEO’s directions;
  • Good aesthetic and design sense; able to produce visually high-quality documents and simple creatives;
  • Proficient English skills for basic communication, emails, and reading materials;
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with creators, clients, designers, and suppliers;
  • Strong execution, high efficiency, and ability to work under fast-paced, multi-tasking conditions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; any major welcomed (design, media, or e-commerce preferred);
  • Experience in e-commerce, product development, design, or content creation is a plus;
  • Familiar with Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, CapCut is a strong plus.
