</div></div><div><div>We are launching a new-age global digital connectivity business centered around E-SIM technology, and we&rsquo;re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead growth across markets. This role demands a data-driven marketer who will design and execute full-funnel paid campaigns, blending analytical precision, creative storytelling, and growth experimentation to maximize acquisition, activation, and lifetime value for our digital users.
</div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Duties And Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div></div><div><div><p><b>Strategy &amp; Planning</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy for eSIM products across key digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, Affiliate, and Programmatic).</li>
<li>Design full-funnel acquisition frameworks that drive measurable outcomes &mdash; CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and retention uplift.</li>
<li>Create scalable, automated campaign architectures for multi-market execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Execution &amp; Optimization</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Launch, manage, and continuously optimize high-budget paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks.</li>
<li>Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audience cohorts, and landing experiences.</li>
<li>Partner with the Product &amp; UI teams to refine activation flows, checkout UX, and onboarding journeys to improve conversion and retention.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Analytics &amp; Insights</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement robust tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).</li>
<li>Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership. Monitor results against business targets.</li>
<li>Leverage analytics to identify emerging opportunities by region, validity, audience segment and product attributes</li>
<li>Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platform updates.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Collaboration</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Design teams to ensure alignment between campaign messaging, pricing, and product features.</li>
<li>Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency across global markets.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Specifications</b></h2>
</div></div><div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li>
<li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in telecom, digital products, or e-commerce.</li>
<li>Proven record of managing significant monthly ad spend with high ROI.</li>
<li>Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic buying, affiliate and influencer marketing.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Experience analyzing funnel and usage data to enhance conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).</li>
<li>Familiarity with E-SIM, mobile plans, or digital subscription models will be an advantage.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with an experimental, data-driven approach to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Analyze usage data and feedback to enhance performance, usability, and customer satisfaction.</li>
