Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders with precision and clarity.</li><li>Prepare responses and conduct research on consultation papers, policy directives, and determinations.</li><li>Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, corporate, and contractual issues, ensuring well-documented findings and practical recommendations.</li><li>Provide legal assistance and advisory support to relevant internal stakeholders and management.</li><li>Support in preparing and maintaining records of legal and regulatory matters of the Company.</li><li>Perform special assignments from management, including regulatory compliance and related matters.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Law graduate (LLB/LLM preferred) from a reputable institution.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of legal experience, preferably in telecom, technology, or corporate sectors.</li><li>Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong computer literacy, particularly proficiency in MS Word (formatting, drafting, and reviewing legal documents).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Good analytical and critical thinking abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
