 ZimZee Recruiting is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join a rapidly growing health technology company in Lehi, UT. This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated supply chain leader, playing a pivotal role in transitioning the organization from research and development into full-scale production. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has experience scaling supply chains for consumer electronics and electronic-based medical devices.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred), or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of supply chain management experience within consumer electronics or medical devices
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success launching new products into production with contract manufacturers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in procurement, vendor management, and logistics operations (domestic and international)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to establish and manage supplier performance metrics, lead times, and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and partnering with engineering teams for production readiness
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional project management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards (ISO, FDA, etc.) preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the company&rsquo;s first product launch into production
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability and seamless production handoff
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and oversee inventory management systems and procurement processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment operations both domestically and internationally
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ERP system selection and integration for supply chain workflows
 </li>
