ZimZee Recruiting is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join a rapidly growing health technology company in Lehi, UT. Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred), or related field

7+ years of supply chain management experience within consumer electronics or medical devices

Proven success launching new products into production with contract manufacturers

Strong expertise in procurement, vendor management, and logistics operations (domestic and international)

Ability to establish and manage supplier performance metrics, lead times, and quality standards

Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and partnering with engineering teams for production readiness

Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools

Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional project management skills

Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards (ISO, FDA, etc.) preferred
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the company’s first product launch into production

Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners

Lead sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability and seamless production handoff

Establish and oversee inventory management systems and procurement processes

Monitor and drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery metrics

Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions

Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment operations both domestically and internationally

Support ERP system selection and integration for supply chain workflows
