We are looking for a Site Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to oversee construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to design, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction techniques, site supervision, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to execute designs as per specifications.</li><li>Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.</li><li>Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet required standards.</li><li>Manage site documentation, including reports, work schedules, and daily progress logs.</li><li>Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting construction challenges.</li><li>Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.</li><li>Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify project accuracy.</li><li>Support in cost estimation and resource planning as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>0-1 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or project execution.</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to work on-site under dynamic conditions and meet deadlines.</li><li>Must have two wheeler, with valid licence.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work on exciting architectural and construction projects.</li><li>Career growth and learning opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
