Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to oversee construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to design, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction techniques, site supervision, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to execute designs as per specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet required standards.
• Manage site documentation, including reports, work schedules, and daily progress logs.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting construction challenges.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify project accuracy.
• Support in cost estimation and resource planning as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or project execution.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to work on-site under dynamic conditions and meet deadlines.
• Must have two wheeler, with valid licence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
