This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up stations, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.</li><li>Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety practices are essential.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in hospitality environments.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and food industry knowledge are important assets.</li><li>Experience working in brewing establishments or retail settings within the food industry will be advantageous.
