Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up stations, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
• Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety practices are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in hospitality environments.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and food industry knowledge are important assets.
