Job Description: -<ul><li>1. Document Control &amp; Management</li></ul>&middot; Establish and maintain a centralized electronic and hard-copy document control system.&middot; Register, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.&middot; Ensure proper document classification, revision control, and archiving in accordance with company procedures.&middot; Maintain updated document registers, drawing logs, RFI logs, and submittal trackers.&middot; Ensure only the latest approved revisions are available on site and obsolete documents are removed from circulation.2. Submittal &amp; Technical Coordination&middot; Coordinate and monitor the submission of technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and related documentation between the Project Engineer, client/consultant, and subcontractors.&middot; Follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely responses.&middot; Assist in compiling final handover documentation and project close-out dossiers.3. HR &amp; Administrative Liaison&middot; Act as the primary liaison between site-based employees and the HR &amp; Administration department.&middot; Facilitate communication, document processing, and employee-related administrative matters.4. Quality &amp; Compliance&middot; Ensure all project documentation complies with the Project Quality Plan (PQP), company procedures, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.&middot; Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and traceable documentation records.5. Reporting &amp; Project Support&middot; Assist the Project Manager in preparing periodic progress reports, document summaries, and cost control documentation.&middot; Maintain accurate records to support project monitoring and performance tracking.6. QHSE Documentation Support&middot; Maintain and update records related to risk assessments, environmental aspects/impacts, permits, and operational control measures.&middot; Support worker consultation and participation processes by maintaining documentation related to hazard identification and risk reporting.&middot; Ensure proper filing of safety, environmental, and compliance-related documentation.7. Document Controller

Job Purpose: To be responsible and accountable for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. To schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:<ul><li>Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, QA/QC policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.</li><li>Monitor and control project performance including budget, schedule, manpower, and productivity, and provide regular progress and cost reports.</li><li>Assign responsibilities to project team members and provide technical guidance and mentorship.</li><li>Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions where required.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with the Project Manager, client representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, &amp; local authorities and provide the technical support.</li><li>Ensure customer requirements are identified and fulfilled to enhance overall client satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, Site Agreements, and contract requirements.</li><li>Manage site activities and coordinate client personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Manage and coordinate manpower, plant, materials, and equipment to achieve the approved work program.</li><li>Implement and maintain quality requirements in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and site procedures.</li><li>Prepare and develop method statements, work instructions, risk assessments, and other technical documentation as required.</li><li>Identify, document, and address nonconformities related to products, processes, or workmanship.</li><li>Advise the Project Manager of potential shortages or delays in plant, materials, or equipment supply.</li><li>Ensure QHSE requirements are addressed during project planning and execution stages.</li><li>Monitor risks, environmental aspects/impacts, and implement necessary operational control measures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with OH&amp;S, environmental, and legal obligations.</li><li>Promote worker participation in hazard identification, risk assessment, and determination of control measures.</li><li>Determine competence requirements, training needs, and evaluate training effectiveness.</li><li>Investigate incidents and nonconformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Establish and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures.</li><li>Determine and apply appropriate controls for outsourcing, procurement, and contractor management.</li><li>Communicate relevant health, safety, and environmental requirements to contractors, visitors, authorities, emergency services, and external providers.</li><li>Ensure effective worker consultation and participation at all levels, including identifying and removing barriers such as lack of response to worker input, language limitations, or any practices that discourage involvement in OH&amp;S matters.</li><li>When assigned, assume the role of Safety Adviser/Inspector and ensure site safety compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience required:- A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction field and infrastructure. - Effective and interactive communication skills in Hindi &amp; English are required.**Additional technical qualifications relevant to the job are always beneficial.Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD450.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Bahrain?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
