Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering timely and friendly service that keeps guests coming back for more.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation</li><li>Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while providing excellent customer service</li><li>Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials promptly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet services, ensuring seamless service delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet setting; retail math and basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales calculations</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is preferred</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management</li><li>Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations; experience in brewing or the food industry is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with serving in hospitality settings that require catering or banquet experience; night club experience is advantageous</li><li>Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales transactions and inventory management</li></ul>Join us as a vital part of our team where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine!
