Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and update job descriptions</li><li>Recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, facebook etc)</li><li>Screen incoming resumes and application forms</li><li>Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)</li><li>Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests</li><li>Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers</li><li>Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits</li><li>Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire</li><li>Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events</li><li>Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs</li><li>Look out for new hires and help them onboard Requirements</li><li>Induction programme for employee providing information with company details, policies, unit level Introduction.</li><li>Forming out documentation kit for the new joinee with all the requirement as per the company policy and opening bank account for the new joinee</li><li>Handling all the employee engagement activity</li><li>Record mainting of Inventory and distributing all the needed inventory to new joinee ( Dairies,phone,laptops,uniform,batches,etc)</li><li>Keeping record of active and non-active employee with enabling/disabiling fitness force software IDs.</li><li>Checking out the for the resignation given by the employee as per the company policy</li><li>Look out for the retention process</li><li>Making sure that the Handover process are smoothly done with submitting of all the company assests</li><li>Handing out the appointment and confirmation letter to the employee</li><li>Handing out the reliving and experience letter to the employee</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
