We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with strong experience in producing, editing, and enhancing promotional videos specifically for the Real Estate, Travel and Tourism, and Rent a car sector. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging visual content that showcases properties, construction updates, lifestyle concepts, and brand identity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit promotional videos for property listings, project launches, construction progress, client testimonials, and social media.</li><li>Create visually appealing walkthroughs, virtual tours, and lifestyle videos aligned with required branding.</li><li>Add effects, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to elevate video quality.</li><li>Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing teams to develop concepts and storyboards for promotional content.</li><li>Produce short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and website use.</li><li>Understand angles, lighting, and shot types ideal for showcasing interior, exterior, amenities, landscape.</li><li>Ability to highlight features in a compelling and sales-oriented manner.</li><li>Ensure all videos reflect the company&rsquo;s brand guidelines and present a professional, premium image.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of video assets, footage, and project archives.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.</li><li>Motion graphics creation (titles, lower thirds, animations) is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Design, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally in real estate marketing or property development, Travel and Tourism or Rent a Car Sector.</li><li>Strong portfolio of real estate promotional videos.</li><li>Experience with color grading, sound mixing, and advanced editing workflows.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.</li></ul>*Key Competencies:<ul><li>Creativity and a strong visual eye</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Time management and project ownership</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

The Head of Collections is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all collection activities for the company&rsquo;s development projects. This includes overseeing receivables from clients, implementing collection strategies, ensuring timely recovery of payments, and maintaining a healthy cash flow. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer relationship management skills to ensure smooth and efficient collection operations across all projects.Key Responsibilities:Strategic &amp; Operational Management&middot; Develop and implement the company&rsquo;s collection strategy in line with financial goals and project timelines.&middot; Lead the collections team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery targets.&middot; Collaborate with the finance, sales, and legal departments to ensure proper coordination and payment follow-ups.&middot; Monitor outstanding accounts and prioritize high-value recoveries.Customer Relationship &amp; Communication&middot; Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure timely payment collection.&middot; Handle escalated customer cases related to payment disputes, project delays, or contractual clarifications.&middot; Communicate payment plans, schedules, and dues clearly and effectively to clients.Data &amp; Reporting&middot; Monitor and analyze collection performance through reports and dashboards.&middot; Provide regular updates to senior management on recovery trends, risks, and key accounts.&middot; Develop and maintain a database of all receivables, client payment history, and outstanding balances.Team Leadership&middot; Manage and mentor the collection officers, coordinators, and recovery agents.&middot; Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to improve collection efficiency.&middot; Set departmental KPIs and track team performance.Policy, Compliance &amp; Legal Coordination&middot; Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in all collection processes.&middot; Coordinate with the legal team for defaulter cases, payment disputes, and recovery through legal channels.&middot; Recommend policy updates to strengthen the collection framework.Process Improvement&middot; Identify process gaps and propose automation or system improvements for better collection tracking.Introduce customer-friendly payment solutions and digital payment systems.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
