If you&rsquo;re passionate about sales, hungry to hit targets, and want to be part of a business that&rsquo;s expanding fast, this is the right role for you.What We Offer<ul><li>AED 5,000/month base salary + attractive commission structure.</li><li>Average earnings of AED 12,500/month (high performers make more).</li><li>Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding trading company.</li><li>Supportive, entrepreneurial environment with strong career progression.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Identify and onboard new clients across contractors, distributors, and carpentry/fit-out companies.</li><li>Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat orders.</li><li>Actively pitch products (plywood, lumber, MDF, aluminum, finishes) and negotiate deals.</li><li>Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, trading, or B2B).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>UAE market knowledge and an existing client network is a big plus.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>driver's license (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Required)</li></ul>
