Sales Executive – Building Materials Trading (UAE)

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 5,000 base + commission (average earnings ~ AED 12,500/month)

About Us

Woodline is a fast-growing trading business specializing in construction and building materials (plywood, lumber, aluminum, MDF, finishes). With warehouses in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we serve contractors, carpentry shops, and distributors across the UAE – and are now scaling regionally.

We are looking for driven, ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about sales, hungry to hit targets, and want to be part of a business that’s expanding fast, this is the right role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard new clients across contractors, distributors, and carpentry/fit-out companies.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat orders.
• Actively pitch products (plywood, lumber, MDF, aluminum, finishes) and negotiate deals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, trading, or B2B).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• UAE market knowledge and an existing client network is a big plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
