Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting property sales, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, property portals, and site visits.
  • Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market trends, property values, developers, and competitors.
  • Negotiate offers, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth completion of the sales process.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client records in TL.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations (advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
