Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Off-Plan Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of off-plan property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through investment opportunities in new developments. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, market analysis, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end-users
• Provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, clients, and industry stakeholders
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and attend real estate exhibitions
• Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism and transparency
• Stay informed about new project launches, pricing updates, and regulatory changes
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in off-plan property sales or real estate consulting
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and development pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
