Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and results-driven Freelance Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives on a project or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating content, and maintaining brand visibility across digital and offline channels. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who can manage multiple tasks independently while delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, print, events).</li><li>Support the creation of promotional content and marketing collateral.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management.</li><li>Develop and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.</li><li>Maintain consistency of brand voice and visuals across all platforms.</li><li>Support website updates, blog management, and email marketing campaigns</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>Gather and analyze customer insights to support marketing strategies.</li><li>Assist in tracking KPIs and measuring ROI of marketing initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, designers, and external agencies as needed.</li><li>Assist with logistics, invitations, and follow-ups related to marketing events.</li><li>Maintain organized marketing databases, files, and records.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing and sales) to align marketing efforts.</li><li>Support other ad hoc marketing activities as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing or related role in UAE</li><li>Excellent communicator with a flair for writing and presenting ideas.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms).</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation principles.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible work schedule with freelance/contract arrangement.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse marketing projects.</li><li>Professional growth and exposure to a dynamic marketing environment.</li><li>Competitive freelance remuneration based on deliverables and experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-time
